An in depth experience (more than 8 years) of operating in Indian clinical trials environment in a senior leadership position is essential for this position.  A medical degree would be highly desirable, though not essential.  Experience or exposure of working in US, Europe or Japan would be advantageous.

As head of QA you'll ensure compliance with our quality policy to "set and achieve levels of excellence beyond the statutory quality concepts".  The organization is committed to provide and harmoniously deploy resources to achieve desired quality in all our operations.

An experience of managing a senior leadership position for at least 5 years in clinical quality assurance of a CRO or clinical research department of a pharma company is essential for this position.  Experience or exposure of working in US, Europe or Japan would be advantageous.
